I'm Amy, a fully devoted and passionate Online Fitness Coach!

This industry is now saturated with dieting methods which exploit the basic level of knowledge most of us are supplied with from school onwards. These methods are based around the very same principle of 'energy balance'.. 

My goal in this industry is to educate and equip both women and men with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve, sustain and maintain a healthy lifestyle and a physique they are proud of.


Exercise should be an enjoyable, empowering part of your routine - a means of feeling great and not a punishment for what you ate!


I have helped 100s of clients and love nothing more than helping them transform their mind as well as their physiques in order to live a healthy life; one in which they feel confident and proud of their bodies whilst having a positive relationship with food and exercise. All without cutting out the things they enjoy!


I have been through many ups and downs on my own fitness journey, starting off overweight with an unhealthy lifestyle of poor sleep, drinking and zero recognition of what I was putting into my body. All I knew is that I was tired of feeling uncomfortable in my own skin.. looking at others and wishing I looked like them. So I did something about it. I studied hard, I trained and it wasn't easy going at it alone .. however, I would not be where I am today having not experienced and learned from every blip and win!
